**Refund Policy**

Customers are advised to make their selections carefully, as all sales are considered final. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for incorrect purchases or changes of mind. In-store samples are available free of charge for customers to test, color match, or present to their dressmakers or tailors for assessment of suitability. It is imperative to adhere to the care guidelines outlined on our website, as claims for fabrics laundered improperly cannot be accepted. We recommend that customers pre-wash any washable natural fabrics, as we shall not assume responsibility for shrinkage. In the rare event that a fabric is found to be defective, customers should contact us. Claims must be submitted within 21 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase.
